Last week, the 3 of us participated in Takeda's Breast Cancer Run/Walk. Bradley did so well that we were able to walk 3 miles then jog 3 miles.

First Trip to the Playground

Busy week so not a lot of pictures. Bradley continues to eat his way through life, enjoying bananas, peaches, carrots and apples (all new this week).

Bradley continues to discover new things. He sits up very well now (can't get up by himself but stays up if we put him there) and can mostly roll from belly to back by himself. He can scoot a little bit while doing tummy time but isn't really mobile yet (won't be long though). He also has his first tooth coming in! If we hadn't noticed it in his mouth, we wouldn't have known because he hasn't been very fussy. Lucky us so far!

 

Today we visited a local park and Bradley explored a playground for the first time.

 

5 1/2 months old

Last week, we gave Bradley his first taste of real food. We started with rice cereal for a few days and the little guy was just as happy about the food as he was about playing with the spoon. Since then, we've tried sweet potatoes, pears and squash--all of which he gobbles right down!

Labor Day weekend in Pennsylvania

We were fortunate enough to be able to head back to the Northeast for the long Labor Day weekend so that Bradley could meet lots of friends and family.

Happy baby! Bradley did really good on the plane, he actually slept through take-off. And a few new toys for his carseat kept him occupied for the whole flight.

He may not have slept much during any of the nights in PA but at least he was super happy all day long :)

Getting ready for our flight home. Bradley did great again and basically just slept and played with his toys during the flight. He's now been in 10 states during his first 5 months! (FL, AL, MS, LA, TX, NM, AZ, CA, MD, PA)
