After selling multiple items on Craigslist and several days of cleaning/reorganizing, our house is finally ready to go on the market. We had hoped to stay in this home for a few years and so are a little sad to leave after only 2 years. We'll be looking for a rental in San Diego and will definitely be paying more for a lot less. Wait, why do people like southern CA so much?
Starting Monday, we get to look forward to strangers schlepping through our house, deciding that our closets are too small or that "ehhh, where's the stainless steel dishwasher?" Gimzo has been put in charge of making sure potential buyers at least wipe their feet before entering. Thankfully, the market in our area looks good for us so this whole process should be relatively painless, at least financially speaking. Anyone else think we'll end up trying to close the sale on the same day I go into labor?
Anyways, here are a few shots of our sad little nursery:
No point in decorating since we'll be leaving a few weeks after baby Hall is born and we'll probably wait to get a real crib until we reach the west coast.
Also, we are VERY happy that my sciatica has almost gone away. I'm not back to running, but I am able to walk without excruciating pain. Yay! Two weeks of that was pretty awful...especially when the strongest pain reliever acceptable while pregnant is tylenol.
Happy almost 30 weeks to my future Penn Stater!
