Springtime fun

Today's post is lots of pictures of the fun things we've been up to recently...

2 weeks ago, we went to the San Diego Botanical Gardens in Encinitas, CA. The park has almost 2 dozen different gardens, including several areas for kids. Admission was a little pricey but we had a fun time.

Building a track for balls

Exploring the musical area

 Climbing through the tree house
 Searching for water falls
 Racing boats in the stream

Ending the visit with some Rita's Italian Ice...yummy!

Daddy put Bradley to work on cleaning the windows

Really good at drinking out of a normal cup now.
 Playing in the yard...
Trying to explain to me why he has dirt on his face. He knows he shouldn't eat it but just can't resist

1 week ago, his daycare had a Spring Fling celebration. While the event sounds like fun, it ends up being way too many kids running around like crazy people. Bradley was a bit overwhelmed so we did a few of the calmer activities like bubbles and ice cream.
 Dancing to his favorite songs

Using his drill, just like daddy
Playing with Donald Duck on the beach. This duckie had zero fear of us and probably would have climbed onto Adam's lap if he had let it

At our friend Mason's 2nd Birthday Party. Bradley had a little trouble understanding it wasn't his birthday again but Mason's.
When you say 'birthday', Bradley says 'cupcake!'

 Haha
Blowing bubbles with Mason. Bradley is huge for his age and Mason is even taller!

Wants his shirt off when he eats pasta so he doesn't get messy
A great helper in the kitchen

Last weekend, we went to the Children's Museum in downtown San Diego. Lots of fun activities for kids!

 Bubbles, of course

 Playing in the giant cheese

 painting with daddy
We recently started watching Thomas the Train and he loves trains! So he was very excited to see the train while we were downtown.
First day of rain in months so he was grilling inside.
