Summer Fun

Lots of fun this summer in San Diego! Adam and I have been working a lot during the weekdays but we make sure to enjoy plenty of fun activities during the weekends. Bradley is getting so big and his vocabulary continues to expand daily. He's learning about dinosaurs at school right now and we were explaining how they aren't real. He says "like mannequins at the store?" Exactly, kid! He's definitely very advanced with his verbal skills considering several kids in his class are still just saying a word or two at a time.

Giving Dunkin a check-up
 Making himself at home

Picks up the berries and tries to throw them over the fence.
 Loves his bubble fan!

 Lil drummer boy

Trip to the Safari Park (surprisingly, it had been a few months since we were last there). Tigers are cool to see every time
 A slushie treat

 One of many beach days
I think his favorite part of going to the beach is eating snacks, ha
Visited a Children's Museum downtown. Bradley is still scared of "too many big kids" and tends to go to less crowded areas
 playing in the cheese
This play area is designed to look like a kitchen sink with lots of food like tomatoes, avocado, cheese, oranges and more

More beach fun! Bradley spends a lot more time now digging in the sand.

Dunkin loves playing with all of Bradley's toys
Gymnastics class. We've signed him up for a Saturday morning class that is 18 months-3 years old. Bradley does really well with listening to the Coach's instructions and is getting less hesitant about trying new things. For us, this was really the point to doing gymnastics. He also wants to jump all over the house now

His first set of matchbox cars. Not sure who had more fun: daddy setting up the track, Bradley releasing the cars or Dunkin chasing the cars!
 Bike ride at Lake Miramar
 Snack time/Nap time
A trip to SeaWorld last weekend. We go a lot but do different activities each time. Sometimes, we see a few shows, other times we just look at animals in their exhibits. And we usually do one ride with Bradley (because that's all he wants to do!)
 An alligator fish
We've been down-graded to the little chairs
Today was my company's summer picnic. They go all out with lots of fun things for kids. Here Bradley is trying the inflatable obstacle course (with daddy's help because it was really hard)

 Giant Jenga
 Eating a slushie treat
The picnic had a Hawaii theme this year so naturally, they had a hula performance.
Surprised this guy can nap surrounded by so much toddler chaos
