After a few attempts, getting very confident on his new bike--it's a balance bike so no pedals. The idea is to learn the balance part so that switching to a 'regular' bike is easy and doesn't need training wheels. We'll see how it goes but so far so good!

After a long Christmas vacation, it's back to the grind (or shopping at Ikea...)
The day my parents flew back to PA, San Diego received a ridiculous amount of rain. For 2 days in row, driving home from work was very treacherous. Water almost overflowed one of the bridges I drive over...there isn't usually a drop of water in there!
