Christmas in Maine-Part 1

Merry Christmas! We spent the previous 10 days or so in the frozen north, visiting as many friends and family as possible. Bradley did pretty good on his flights from San Diego to Philly and then Philly to Portland, Maine so we were very thankful for that.

He seems like such a bigger kid than when we left...and for once I mean developmentally, not just physically :)  He's gone from holding onto his toys to playing with them more (like making toy horses walk through barn doors). He's started saying "Uh-oh" which is so cute. He can reach his arms up now meaning he wants to be picked up. He's very close to crawling on hands and knees and can pull himself up to his knees. He can also stand for longer periods of time, leaning on furniture or us. And thanks to some help from his cousins and Daddy, he can throw things now. I'm sure daycare will be very happy about that! Also, he continues to explore eating new things and is a pro at picking up cereal and putting it in his mouth all by himself.

Bradley made us a Christmas card in daycare. He also made us an ornament with a picture of him with antlers and a red nose.

He loves the exercise ball

Look who we ran into at the Philly airport! Bradley's first encounter with Santa and he was laughing and giggling.

We certainly got to experience winter this year...during our stay in Maine, we had an ice storm, single-digit temperatures, and plenty of snow.

Bradley's first snow...and he's not too happy about it.

Visiting Aunt Judy and Uncle Ian. Bradley loves doggies! Unless they bark too much.

Hey, how did he get tape on his hands?

Lots of new toys to play with!

Uh oh, pulling himself up already?!? We are not ready for this yet.

An entertaining gift from Aunt Judy, maybe his favorite from the whole trip!
