Christmas in Maine-Part 2

Christmas Day! Bradley was less than impressed with the presents...he was more interested in showing off his scooting skills.

He tore the paper off of one present and that was about it.

Quickly exhausted from too much Christmas

Maine is beautiful even if it was basically one giant sheet of ice.

After a great day visiting with family, relaxing back at Grammy's house.

It's not a trip to Maine until you've been to LL Bean.

"Just a dusting" in Maine means 6 inches of snow.

While in New England, we took a quick trip to Connecticut to see grad school friends Kathryn and Bill get married. Grammy came along to play with Bradley while we were at the wedding. We also were lucky to visit several friends during our trip and I'm kicking myself for not getting pictures with everyone. Our first stop was Hamden, CT to see Blair and Amanda, along with their little one Tyler. Next up, Jude and Rob, along with 6 month old Cory, met us in Hartford, CT for a little playtime.

Next up, a stop in New Hampshire to see Erik and Angela, and Brendan and Melissa (along with their 2 adorable kids Brayden and newly-walking Carter).

Hi

Dinner with Grammy. Bradley loves dinnertime!

When ice starts forming on the inside of the windshield, its time to head back to warmer places.

Our New Year's Eve flight plans took us from Portland, ME to Washington DC then on to San Diego. Unfortunately, dense fog in San Diego forced us to land in Phoenix for 2 hours. Luckily, we made it home that night (and just before midnight!) We were not looking forward to being stuck in Phoenix for the night, especially with Bradley. Thankfully, he was a trooper and slept through most of the flight problems.

Back in San Diego (and 70 degree weather!). Bradley is helping daddy install some baby gates

We had a great trip to Maine and feel so lucky to have seen so many family and friends during the holidays.
